Kid Rock sidekick pleads guilty to assaultUnkle Kracker pleaded guilty today (September 28) to an assault charge stemming from an incident at a North Carolina nightclub in August.
The former Kid Rock DJ was charged after a 26-year-old woman alleged that he had committed a sexual act against her.
The woman then slapped Kracker, whose real name is Matthew Shafer, and he slapped her back, according to the District Attorney's office.
A Wake County judge has sentenced the singer to 12 months' probation, fined him $1,500 and ordered him to undergo an alcohol assessment, reports the Associated Press.

London oik-rockers The Holloways have announced details of a new UK tour.
The jaunt will be in support of their new single, 'Two Left Feet', released on September 24.
The Liverpool date will see the band supporting future stars of the O2 presents NME Rock 'N' Roll Riot Tour The Wombats for an afternoon under-16s performance, before playing an over-16s show in the evening at the same venue, again supporting The Wombats.
